Rights to the lost property must be asserted within this period of time. Please ask at the entrance counter (ULB Stadtmitte) or at Service & Information (ULB Schloss and ULB Lichtwiese) during opening hours .

Found ULB or Athene cards will be kept at the respective location. Users will be blocked until the card is collected and a message will be left in the user account.

If lost property is named, attempts will be made to locate the owner.
