At all locations, you can also pay charges and costs using your EC card at the “Service & Information” counters during our service hours. Cash payment is also possible at the ULB Stadtmitte and ULB Lichtwiese locations from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Unfortunately, cash payment is not possible at the ULB Schloss location.
