Vitrine Exhibition from 21 December 23

The exhibition shows buildings by the architect Heinrich Metzendorf (1866-1923) in Darmstadt and the surrounding area, focussing on villas and country houses.

The ULB and its facilities will be closed between Christmas and the New Year’s Day. We wish all our visitors a peaceful Christmas and a happy New Year!

Because of an internal university event on Thursday, 14 December in the foyer of the “Hörsaal- und Medienzentrum” the library ULB Lichtwiese will already close at 5pm.

Due to technical problems, the hebis portal is currently unavailable and no interlibrary loan requests can be placed. We are working on a solution and apologise for the inconvenience.

Workshop on 12 December: Build your own metadata profiles

Am 23. und 24.11.23 versammelten sich am Fachbereich Architektur der TU Darmstadt Forschende aus Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur und Stadtplanung für die Open Structures Konferenz.

Citavi ist nicht nur ein Literaturverwaltungsprogramm mit eingebautem Wissensmanagement, sondern mit Citavi ist es auch möglich, im Team mit mehreren Personen gemeinsam Projekte zu bearbeiten.

Different prototype chairs can now be tested and evaluated in the ULB Lichtwiese. They will later be used in the experimental learning center in former AKA-Flieg-Halle.

Am 10.11.23 besuchte eine Delegation der German-Vietnamese University die ULB. Die Kolleg:innen der ULB tauschten sich mit der Delegation zu verschiedenen Themen aus IT und Forschungsunterstützung aus.
