Subject-specific metadata solutions for research data

Supporting researchers and communities in creating interoperable, machine-readable metadata – that is the goal of the AIMS2 project. In the second funding phase of the DFG project, the focus lies on involving additional research communities and further developing the AIMS software as well as integrating it into subject-specific infrastructures such as electronic laboratory notebooks.

Cooperation between the University archives of Darmstadt and Shanghai

At the beginning of June, the former professor of Tongji University, Li Lezeng, and the head of the University archive of Tongji University, Zou Xiaolei, visited the Historical Archive of TU Darmstadt. They spent two days researching Chinese students at TU Darmstadt before 1945.
