Extended Opening Hours at ULB Stadtmitte from 2 November

In good time for the start of the winter semester the ULB opens the library site at Stadtmitte into the evening hours. Starting Monday, 2 November, ULB Stadtmitte is open from 09:00am to 07:00pm.
Face Masks in the Library

From 24 October, all users are required to wear face masks during their entire stay in the ULB.
International Open Access Week 2020

This year, the scientists at TU Darmstadt will be informed by e-mail about current developments on Open Access. Online events are offered, for example, by the open-access.network project and are open to all interested parties.
Research-related Workshops via Zoom

In the winter semester the ULB offers its research-related workshops again via Zoom! The current topics are: research data management, publication of research papers, international standards and patents, data processing with OpenRefine, copyright law, bibliometry, literature research and management, and mediaeval book bindings.

Neue Weiterbildungsreihe Bestandserhaltung an der ULB

In der „ Weiterbildungsreihe Bestandserhaltung “ möchte die ULB Darmstadt ihre Kompetenzen im Bereich der Bestandserhaltung von Bibliotheks- und Archivgut teilen und durch vielfältige Vorträge ausgewiesener Experten rund um das Thema, Fachleute wie Bibliothekare, Archivare, Restauratoren und alle anderen Interessierten einladen, sich nach einem interessanten Fachvortrag austauschen zu können.
Switching off HeBIS services on 23/24. September
