DOAJ inclusion for „JCLS“

The Journal of Computational Literary Studies (JCLS) was included in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) in September 2023 and is now verified as a quality-assured open access journal. JCLS is hosted by ULB Darmstadt.

The second issue will be published shortly. It will present papers from the successful second annual Conference of Computational Literary Studies, which took place at the University of Würzburg in June 2023. The call for papers for the third annual conference will be published in autumn, but submissions are also possible at any time outside this call.

The ULB service TUjournals supports the publication of OA journals if at least one of the editors belongs to TU Darmstadt. The journals do not charge publication fees (APC), i.e. neither the authors nor the readers incur any costs. This special form of Gold Open Access is also called Diamond OA.

Information on TUjournals and an overview of the titles published so far can be found on the website “Journal hosting”.
