The Company of Biologists: Read & Publish agreement

As of January 1, 2023 the University and State Library Darmstadt is participating in the Read & Publish Open Access Initiative of the Company of Biologists.

Key benefits of the agreement:

  • unlimited reading access to all journals (current volumes and archive back to 1853)
  • unlimited and free of charge Open Access publishing of research articles

Corresponding authors of TU Darmstadt may publish Open Access articles in all journals of The Company of Biologists without paying a publication fee. The number of free-of-charge OA articles is unlimited. The agreement applies to research articles in the following five journals:

The affiliation of the corresponding author is used to determine eligibility. In addition, please use your official institutional email address (…@tu-darmstadt.de) during submission.
