The exhibition – initiated by the alliance ‘Together against sexism’ – provides information on the topic of sexism and intersectionality. It offers opportunities to deepen knowledge and reflect on one's own behaviour. Everyday sexism, sexism in the workplace, in public spaces and in culture and the media are the focal points. Tips and effective measures against sexism are presented.

The alliance ‘Together against sexism’ is funded by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ) and is organised jointly with the European Academy for Women in Politics and Business (EAF Berlin). The patron is the Federal Minister for Women, Lisa Paus. The aim is to recognise sexism and sexual harassment, take a closer look and establish effective measures against it.
Hundreds of companies, governmental and non-governmental organizations, and cultural and media institution from all over Gemany have already joined the Alliance by signing its “Together Against Sexism and Sexual Harassment” declaration. By making this voluntary commitment, the members of the Alliance show that they are serious about fighting sexism and sexual harassment.
