After more than 140 years, the Patent and Trade Mark Centre will open its doors to the public for the last time on 2025-03-31. As a long-standing official cooperation partner of the German Patent and Trade Mark Office and a member of the PATLIB network of the European Patent Office (EPO), the Patent and Trade Mark Centre was a competent point of contact when it came to services relating to industrial property rights.

The service portfolio included high-quality searches, analyses and monitoring/supervision of patents, trademarks and designs. From 2025-04-01, these services will only be offered to TU members.
