Access to the “Pidgeon Digital” database

2024/01/10

After test access to “Pidgeon Digital” was set up last year, the database has been licensed for 2024.. Access is possible on the computers in the TU Darmstadt network, for TU members also from outside via VPN.

Pidgeon Digital comprises an extensive audiovisual collection of lectures by well-known architects, landscape architects and designers. The collection was founded in 1979 by Monica Pidgeon, long-time editor of Architectural Design magazine, and is constantly being expanded.

The contents can be used in lectures, for research purposes and for personal contemplation. A number of new lectures have recently been added to redress the gender balance and diversity of speakers.
