The readerscanner has been removed from the Research Reading Room into room 113 on 1st floor and can now be used for a longer period of time. The micromedia and a transponder to open room 113 are handed out at the Service & Information desk, then you may work indepentently at the readerscanner.

Furthermore, historical books which may not necessearily have to be used in the Research Reading Room, can be looked up during the opening hours of the Service & Information desk. To work in a concentrated and silent atmosphere your may use our newly installed „Small Reading Room“ in room 112 on the 1st floor. For subject oriented questions concerning our historical stocks please continue to consult our team at the Research Reading Room per mail or phone.
