From April 25, the ULB Lichtwiese can be reached by tram line 2. In connection with today's start of operations, you can visit the exhibition “Trams in Darmstadt”.

The new Lichtwiesenbahn is picking up speed. Of course, this is not the first new addition to the route network.

At the ULB Lichtwiese, the eventful history of the tramway in Darmstadt is presented in an exhibition based on a wide variety of library holdings. All those interested are cordially invited to get to know this piece of local history.

The exhibition was conceived and realized by Jonas Bieringer as part of a project in the Team Team Natural Sciences, Engineering, Culture and Architecture. (NIKA)
