Collection of Athene Karte at ULB Stadtmitte

From Wednesday 24 June onwards Athene Karte can be collected again at ULB Stadtmitte. The newly issued or replacement cards are handed out at a special desk in the basement which can be entered from outside.
Entrance is allowed individually and with face mask. The Athene Karte is handed over only personally on presentation of a valid passport or identity card. The card can also be charged at the charging station on-site.
Entrance to the pick-up area is only permitted on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 1pm and 3pm to 5pm.
