Omission of licenses for electronic resources

Due to the reduction in the “Funds for improving the quality of teaching and study conditions” (QSL-funds) and the omission of extra funds the ULB is no longer able to finance and license the following electronic resources in 2019:

- Ullmann's Encyclopedia of Chemistry
- Der neue Pauly online
- International Medieval Bibliography
- JSTOR Arts & Sciences III
- Emporis
