University and State Library will remain open on Sundays

The ULB Darmstadt is not affected to Sunday Opening (judgement of the Federal Administrative Court (Leipzig) from November 27, 2014).
The decision is based on a regulation of the state of Hesse on Sunday work. For academic libraries, the “Bundesarbeitszeitgesetz” applies. Students and external visitors can use all the facilities of the ULB on Sundays as usual.
