HeFDI and RMU Events on Research Software and Data Management in June 2026

In June 2026, several events will address research data management, sustainable research software development, and digital research workflows. The programme offers opportunities for practical training, professional exchange, and insights into current examples from research practice.
The HeFDI Code School Advanced Track takes place from 2026-06-11 to 2026-06-19 and offers practical online workshops on sustainable research software development. Topics include software design, clean code, refactoring, and test-driven development. Participants will gain practical strategies to improve code quality, write clean and reusable code, and make scientific software more sustainable.

On 2026-06-17, the RDM sessions during the RMU Postdoc Career Weeks will introduce research data management services and tools available within the Rhine-Main Universities. The sessions provide an overview of practical support for organizing, managing, and sharing research data.
